We may update, modify, or discontinue features of our services at any time to improve them or for operational reasons.

User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

Payments & Billing

If you purchase paid services from Cavorian, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase or in a separate agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis, and any such changes will not affect fees already paid for a current term.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, technology, branding, and materials made available through our website and services are owned by Cavorian or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written permission.

SMS Messaging Terms

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Cavorian. Participation is voluntary and consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Types of messages. When you opt in, you can expect to receive appointment reminders, onboarding alerts, and new offers from Cavorian.

Opt-out instructions. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text 'STOP' to +1 256-692-0329. After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Help instructions. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected] or +1 256-692-0329.

Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message & data rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

Message frequency. You will receive recurring transactional messages, with frequency varying based on your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cavorian and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services. To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
